1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the VintiePlus website (https://vintieplus.com) and the services offered by Anton Los, a company registered in Belgium under number 0793.200.276. By accessing and using the site, the User unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual or legal entity using the site.
• Service: The set of features and automated tools offered by Anton Los. to optimise sales and resale activities on Vinted.
• Subscription: Paid access that unlocks the features of VintiePlus.

3. Access to the Service

Access is reserved for registered Users. Registration is open to any adult individual or legal entity. The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

4. Use of the Service

The User agrees not to:

• Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate the intellectual-property rights of Anton Los. or third parties.
• Compromise the integrity of the site or Service (e.g. hacking, spamming).
• Sublet or share their account. Any attempt results in immediate suspension.

5. User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under their account. Anton Los. must be notified immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Responsibilities of Anton Los.

Anton Los. strives to provide quality Service and maintain availability and security. It cannot, however, be held liable for temporary interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Anton Los. and protected by Belgium and international IP laws. Registered trademarks remain the property of their owners. Any reproduction or adaptation, in full or in part, requires prior written consent.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Anton Los. processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Data are used solely for Service management and are never sold or transferred.

9. Price and Payment

Subscription prices are shown in euros, tax included. Payment is made online via credit card or any other secure method accepted on the site.

10. Delivery / Provision of the Service

The Subscription becomes accessible immediately after payment validation.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article VI WER of the Belgium Consumer Code, the customer may withdraw within 14 days of subscription. This right lapses if execution has begun with the customers express prior consent.

12. Modification of the Terms

Anton Los. may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgium law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Mechelen.
